Founded in 2017, PT Cahaya Prima Flexibles produces high quality flexible packaging for a range of industries from our facility in Beji, Pasuruan, East Java.
Why this company exists
Rotogravure produces the best quality in flexible packaging — solid colour, fine detail, and a consistency across repeat runs that other methods cannot match. The problem is that traditionally the technology only makes sense for very large orders.
That leaves smaller brands stuck: either use generic stock packaging that says nothing about the product, or commit to tens of thousands of metres that drain working capital and sit in a warehouse.
We built Cahaya Prima Flexibles to remove that choice. With efficient cylinder scheduling, an in-house design team, and every process from printing to bag making under one roof, we can take much smaller orders without lowering the print standard.
